While working closely with our vendors, we are able to deliver industry leading cutter technology and performance optimized for the design specifications of our PDC bit frames. Using lab analysis and destructive testing methods, our cutters go through a rigorous product development process before they ever see the bottom of a drill string. Once cutters show promising results in a lab, they undergo field testing in a live drilling environment to ensure that the new cutters deliver improved performance in real applications.
