Our unique polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits drill harder, firmer formations at a higher rate of penetration than other PDC or even rollercone bits. The shankless, single-piece bits feature a flat profile that optimizes depth-of-cut from bit center to the gauge.

Key features of United Diamond’s steel bodied PDC drill bits include fused-carbide hardfacing, large face and junk-slot volume, and interchangeable nozzles for varied TFA.

Our unique blade design and cutter placement optimize depth-of-cut across the face of the bit and allow more blades to reach the center of the bit – reducing energy needed to drill.
